Randy Lee here from Iowa. Blogged you last year when you were up here in Iowa hunting pheasants. Glad to see you opened up a new place, looks good from what I see on the website. I mentioned to you we were in the process of starting up a BBQ/Music Venue here in Iowa City. Well we finally opened up this past July to a good start but had trouble managing costs. We now have those under control and we are hitting our stride doing very well now. We have had some good nashville acts play, Justin Moore, Randy Houser, Josh Thomspson and we have David Alan Coe as well as Justin Moore again in the very near future - check our music calendar - Wanted to thank you for your offer to come up and help, never got around to taking you up on it, bu thanks again. I plan on making it down south this summer checking out BBQ and would like to stop in and say "hey" so be looking for me. I am very up set that your family packs have gone up so much. I had a menu from right before you moved. I ordered from it and when I went to pick up the food the menu pack had gone from $30 to $47. WOW that's an increase I can't live with.
Okay Patrick...how did everything get so screwed up tonight? Out of most foods before 8 pm, a 25 minute wait in the drive- thru, settled for chicken fingers for the little one (which she didn't eat because they were overcooked and overpeppered), and got shorted when we got home and opened the bag. It was not a good night for Martins! I know its not typical, or you wouldnt have customers!
